Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have waived running back Xavier Omon and terminated the contract of tight end John Owens, the team announced this afternoon.
Omon signed to Seattle's practice squad on November 17 and Owens played in all 16 games, with three starts, in 2009, recording three catches for 16 yards
