Since being drafted with the second of two seventh-round draft choices (249th overall) in the 2006 NFL Draft, Obomanu has played in 66 games with 13 starts, recording 87 receptions for 1,209 yards and seven touchdowns. He was also a key contributor on special teams with 25 tackles and one fumble recovery. He played in all eight games this season with four receptions for 58 yards and three special teams tackles.
Gorrer was signed on September 18 but was declared inactive for six games.
Kearse spent training camp with Seattle and was signed to the practice squad on September 3 and Person spent time with San Francisco and Indianapolis before signing to Seattle's practice squad on September 13.
Bates also was with Seattle during this year's training camp but was released on August 26.
