Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have signed eight players to the practice squad and have signed tight end Evan Moore to the 53-man roster, the team announced this afternoon.

Moore originally signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 5, 2008, then was released and picked up by Green Bay on May 22. He suffered a knee injury in the preseason and spent the 2008 season on the Packers injured reserve list. Waived by Green Bay on September 5, 2009, he signed to the Cleveland Browns practice squad on November 9 and to their active roster on December 5.

He played in 33 games with eight starts for the Browns, recording 62 receptions for 804 yards and five touchdowns.
