A morning link round-up of what's "out there" about your Seattle Seahawks

Round-Up by Bing

Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Saturday, August 2 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

Marshawn Lynch At Practice

Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who arrived at team headquarters on Thursday after missing the first seven days of camp, was on the field for the team's seventh practice of training camp.

Lynch didn't participate in any on-field work, but running backs coach Sherman Smith said Lynch has been cleared to practice and should begin doing so soon.

Jesse Williams To Injured Reserve

Defensive tackle Jesse Williams, who missed his rookie year with a knee injury, has been moved to injured reserve for the second consecutive season. The Seahawks' 2013 fifth-round draft pick had to be carted off the field during Wednesday's practice.

Tweet of the Day

Today's "Tweet of the Day" comes from former Seahawks linebacker Brian Banks - the one-time Pete Carroll USC recruit that landed in prison on a false rape accusation. After spending time with the Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons, Banks says he has accepted a job at the League's front office in New York City.
