8-of-10 Practice Squad Spots Filled
The Seahawks filled all but two of the 10 available slots on their practice squad yesterday, bringing back eight players that were with the team through preseason - tight end

Bruce Irvin Back At Practice
Linebacker Bruce Irvin, the team's first-round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, donned shoulder pads and a helmet during Sunday's Seahawks workout. Irvin had been held out through training camp and all preseason games while rehabbing the hip he had surgically repaired this offseason. It was Irvin's first on-field action since Super Bowl XLVIII.

Linebacker Korey Toomer, fullback Kiero Small, offensive lineman Caylin Hauptmann, center Patrick Lewis, and defensive end Benson Mayowa.
The five former Seahawks who were released on the team's roster cutdown to 53 were picked up by other clubs over the weekend - Toomer by the Dallas Cowboys (active roster), Small (practice squad), Lewis (practice squad), and Hauptmann (active roster) by the Cleveland Browns, and Mayowa by the Oakland Raiders (active roster).

Raekwon Rocks Seahawks Hat
Staten Island-based rapper Raekwon of the New York City hip-hop collective Wu-Tang Clan was seen rocking a Seahawks hat during Saturday night's Bumbershoot performance on the main stage inside Seattle Center's Memorial Stadium.
