Here's a look at what's "out there" for today, Tuesday, October 22, about your Seattle Seahawks:

Running back Marshawn Lynch is up for NFL Ground Player of the Week after his 21-rush, 91-yard and a touchdown performance against the Cardinals in Arizona last Thursday night. Lynch punished the Cardinals for several tough yards, setting up touchdown drives while carrying Arizona defenders on his back and de-helmeting would-be tacklers after lowering a shoulder on the way to the end zone.

Lynch is up against Ryan Matthews of the San Diego Chargers, who put up 110 yards and a touchdown in a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Chris Ivory of the New York Jets, who carried 34 times for 104 yards in the club's overtime win against the New England Patriots.
