With the first of their three picks in the fourth round of the NFL Draft, the Seahawks selected their first defensive player on Saturday: UCLA defensive end Cassius Marsh.

The 6-foot-4, 254-pound Marsh was the eighth pick in the fourth round and 108th overall, a draft choice the Seahawks got in Thursday night’s trade with the Minnesota Vikings to move from the final pick in the first round to the 40th pick overall in the second round.

Friday, the Seahawks selected two offensive players in the second round – Colorado wide receiver Paul Richardson and Missouri tackle Justin Britt.

Marsh had 155 tackles, 25.5 tackles for losses and 16 sacks in four seasons with the Bruins.
