RENTON, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks will partner with Medical Teams International to collect donations for Pacific Rim disaster survivors this Sunday, October 11, at Qwest Field prior to the Seahawks vs. Jacksonville Jaguars game.

“My dad was born in America Samoa and I still have family there,” said Seahawks linebacker Lofa Tatupu. “Every donation will help provide relief to those affected by the disaster.”

Volunteers from Medical Teams International will be stationed at various gate locations, along Occidental Avenue and throughout the stadium. Fans will be able to make donations until the end of halftime or by clicking here.

“We are honored to again partner with the Seattle Seahawks to raise money for this Pacific Rim region where entire villages have been completely wiped out,” said Linda Ranz, Executive Director of Medical Teams International's Washington operation.  “Medical Teams International is sending funds and relief supplies and the money raised at the Seahawks game this Sunday will go directly to fund these efforts.”
