Another round, another result for Richard Sherman.

The Seahawks All-Pro cornerback has advanced to the final round of the fan-voting competition to determine who will grace the cover of Madden 15, the popular NFL video game to be released this August.

After dispatching San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick in the semifinal round by earning 65 percent of the total vote, Sherman now faces a fellow No. 1 seed in Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, who took home 56 percent of the fan vote in a semifinal matchup with Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck. Sherman had previously topped New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham in Round 2 and beat out Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey to open the competition.

Voting for the final round of the cover vote is now open, with the winner to be announced one week from today on Friday, June 6.
