Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Monday, December 2 - about your Seattle Seahawks as they ready to face the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football at CenturyLink Field.

Mike Triplett of ESPN.com catches up with 14 players who were on the field for running back Marshawn Lynch's "Beast Quake" run that occurred the last time the Seahawks and Saints matched up in the 2010 playoffs. Triplett also eyes the potential matchup between Saints tight end Jimmy Graham and Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman.

Terry Blount of ESPN.com says running back Marshawn Lynch needs 75 yards and a touchdown tonight to become the only player to rush for 1,000 yards and at least 10 rushing scores in each of the last three seasons. Blount also offers a look at the Saints' pass catchers and says the Seahawks should be fine without the services of wide receiver Percy Harvin, who is doubtful for tonight's game with a hip injury.
