Seventh-year veteran tight end Kellen Davis, a backup for the Seahawks last season, has signed with the New York Giants in free agency the team announced today.
The 6-foot-7, 265-pound Davis played in 15 games for the Seahawks last year, making three catches for 32 yards. His lone touchdown came on a 1-yard pass from quarterback
Davis originally signed in Seattle on September 11, 2013, but did not look to figure into the Seahawks' future at the position. Tight end
In New York, Davis joins a new-look Giants group that also features former Seahawks cornerback Walter Thurmond, who signed with the team in mid-March.
