Mock Draft Central 

A new slate of mock drafts from national media outlets were released today. Here's a look at potential first-round options for the Seahawks, who currently have the No. 26 selection in April's draft: 

OT Garrett Bolles

At CBS Sports, Dane Brugler has the Seahawks adding the former Utah offensive lineman: 

*A polarizing prospect in league circles, Bolles has a checkered past and is an older prospect who still needs plenty of strength and technique work. However, he is a fantastic athlete with a mean streak that will endear him to NFL coaches. *

S Budda Baker

NFL writer Danny Kelly of The Ringer released his second mock of the offseason — one without a running back being selected in the first. He has the Seahawks going with local and versatile defensive back Budda Baker: 

Earl Thomas is the straw that stirs the Seahawks' drink, and from weeks 1 to 11 last year, opposing quarterbacks throwing to the deep middle registered a passer rating of nine. After Thomas got hurt in Week 11, that rating jumped to 139 the rest of the way out. Seattle needs a backup plan for Thomas — not just in case of injury this year, but also because Thomas has talked about an early retirement on a few occasions — and even if their All-Pro safety stays healthy, Baker is a playmaking ball hawk. He can feature in the slot and in nickel or dime looks for Seattle as a cornerback-safety hybrid similarly to how Arizona deploys Tyrann Mathieu.

LB Haason Reddick

Finally, former NFL general manager Charley Casserly of NFL Network picked the Seahawks to bolster their pass-rush with Temple's Hasson Reddick, noting: "I think the Seahawks will take a pass rusher over an offensive lineman and cornerback in the first round. They have had success getting those positions later in the draft."
