Seattle Seahawks Running Back Marshawn Lynch Downgraded to Out for Sunday’s Game at Minnesota

The Seahawks have downgraded running back Marshawn Lynch to out for Sunday’s playoff game at Minnesota. Lynch did not travel with the team to Minneapolis Friday.
Following the final practice of the week on Friday, Lynch felt like he could not play.
Lynch, who has missed the previous seven games with an abdominal injury that required surgery, returned to practice Wednesday and participated in practice fully this week. He was initially listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.
Christine Michael started at running back last week and rushed for a career-high 102 yards on 17 carries. He and Bryce Brown, who rushed for 20 yards and a touchdown on nine carries last week, have carried the bulk of the load for the last three weeks at running back since Thomas Rawls went down with a season-ending ankle injury in Week 14 against Baltimore.Read
