Seahawks and American Family Insurance Host Inaugural "Dream Show Seattle"

Seahawks fans came out in droves on Saturday in San Diego.
It was family day here at the VMAC as the Seahawks had their last practice of the week before heading to San Diego tomorrow for a preaseon matchup against the Chargers on Saturday.
RENTON, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks and American Family Insurance have partnered with music promoter Live Nation to present a new talent competition entitled "Dream Show Seattle." Beginning on August 22 against the Chicago Bears, the contest will span the regular season with the winning band performing live at halftime during the Seahawks regular season finale on December 28 against the St. Louis Rams.
Hosted inside American Family Insurance Touchdown City at CenturyLink Field on game days, eight aspiring bands will compete head-to-head in the hopes of achieving their musical dreams. Artists will face off on the main stage two at a time, and will perform original music. The band receiving the most support via fan voting will advance to the next round.
Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorites during the performances, or fans can visit www.seahawks.com/DreamShowSeattle to view concert footage from each competition and cast their votes.

"The Dream Show Seattle talent competition will add an exciting entertainment element to Touchdown City, while helping one band's dream of sharing their music with a large, national audience, come true."
In addition to Dream Show Seattle, Touchdown City will feature two American Family Insurance booths offering exclusive signed Seahawks memorabilia for fans. The space will also feature engaging interactive displays centered on dreams, including images of Seahawks QB and American Family Insurance brand ambassador Russell Wilson.
