Look who’s coming to training camp: Practice 11
The Seahawks have traveled to San Diego to take on the Chargers in their third preseason game of the year, a game that will see the starters get the most playing time of the preseason.

It was family day here at the VMAC as the Seahawks had their last practice of the week before heading to San Diego tomorrow for a preaseon matchup against the Chargers on Saturday.
"Turnover Thursday" was the motto for Wednesdays practice of preseason week 3 in preparation for the San Diego Chargers.
On a gorgeous Sunday morning, another sold-out crowd of 12s packed the berm at Virginia Mason Athletic Center for the next-to-last practice that is open to the public at the Seahawks’ Training Camp presented by Bing.
The group included one fan who likes Derrick Coleman’s inspirational story, another who is looking forward to seeing more Percy Harvin this season and a third who already is anticipating winning another Super Bowl title.

Favorite current Seahawk: Derrick Coleman. “He’s just really inspirational and he has a really cool story,: she said. “It’s incredible, so I really like him.”
Favorite moment in franchise history, other than winning the Super Bowl in February: Again with an assist from her husband. “Probably seeing Sherman with the tip,” he said of Richard Sherman’s “Immaculate Deflection” in the end zone to ice the NFC Championship game in January.
Moment most looking forward to this season: “I’m looking forward to playing the 49ers again up here,” she said of the Week 15 game at CenturyLink Field.

Favorite current Seahawk: Richard Sherman. “Defense. Love it. Exciting to watch,” said Jones, who was wearing a custom Sherman No. 25 jersey – half white, half blue.
Favorite moment in franchise history, other than winning the Super Bowl in February: “Getting to the Super Bowl. Last play of the game,” he said of Sherman’s “Immaculate Deflection” to ice the NFC Championship game in January.
Moment most looking forward to this season: “Percy Harvin playing. Hopefully we see more Harvin.”

Favorite current Seahawk: Russell Wilson. “He’s awesome. We won the Super Bowl with him,” said Smith, who was wearing a black No. 3 Wilson jersey.
Favorite moment in franchise history, other than winning the Super Bowl in February: “Almost winning the championship,” he said of winning the NFC title in 2005 and then losing in the Super Bowl.
Moment most looking forward to this season: “The Super Bowl. Going back and winning it again.”
