Seahawks Up For Nick's Kids' Choice Sports Awards
Lynch is nominated for Clutch Player of the Year, facing Skylar Diggins of the Tulsa Shock, Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks, Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder, LeBron James of the Miami Heat, David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox, and pro soccer player Abby Wambach.
Wilson has been nominated for Favorite Newcomer, facing Skylar Diggins of the Tulsa Shock, Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals, Yasiel Puig of the Los Angeles Dodgers, pro tennis player Sloane Stephens, and Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
And Seahawks fans are up for the best fans in professional sports. The 12s match up against the fan bases of the Detroit Red Wings, Green Bay Packers, Oakland Raiders, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Pittsburgh Steelers.

You may have seen the 12 flag on display during the United States' World Cup opening match against Ghana in Brazil. Well, we caught up with the three Seahawks fans and U.S. Men's National Team supporters who brought the Seahawks' symbol down south.
"It's really important to us to represent Seattle, hard, all the time," said Seattle-area native Colin Dickinson. "We're proud of our city and we're proud to be Super Bowl champs. We brought the 12 flag because it's part of our identity. The three of us celebrated the Super Bowl together in Pioneer Square, with that same flag.
"To us, it's a symbol of victory. We like to think it helped us beat Ghana." Read
Former Husky Wide Receiver Signed
Rookie Kevin Smith, last year's leading receiver at the University of Washington, signed with the Seahawks yesterday afternoon. He fills the roster spot vacated by defensive tackle Andru Pulu, who was released on Tuesday. Smith hauled in 50 catches for 765 yards and four touchdowns during his senior season with the Huskies.
The signing makes Smith the 13th receiver on the Seahawks' 90-man roster and the eighth Seattle wideout who entered the League as an undrafted rookie free agent. Read
