Seahawks select tackle Garrett Scott in sixth round
Seattle Seahawks players will have the chance to share the causes that are important to them during all Week 13 games, as part of the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats campaign. The Seahawks added a member of the Thundering Herd with their first pick in the sixth round of the NFL Draft on Saturday by selecting Marshall tackle Garrett Scott.
The 6-foot-5, 307-pound Scott was the 23rd pick in the sixth round and 199th selection overall. The Seahawks acquired the pick from the Cincinnati Bengals for trading back from the 11th pick to the 23rd pick in the fourth round.
The Seahawks also drafted a tackle in the second round on Friday – Missouri’s Justin Britt.
The Seahawks have two picks remaining – the 32nd in the sixth round and 12th in the seventh round. Read
