A happy Beast Mode birthday to Marshawn Lynch

Tuesday is Marshawn Lynch’s 28th birthday. But when asked after the first workout in the Seahawks’ offseason program what they would get the team’s leading rusher if cost and circumstance were no object, the linebacker trio of Heath Farwell, K.J. Wright and Mike Morgan were drawing a series of blanks.
Finally, Farwell offered, “He’s got a Lamborghini. What else do you want? He’s got a Lamborghini. That pretty much says it all. You got a Lamborghini, what else do you need?”
Lynch is indeed one of those blessed individuals who already have been blessed with so many things in such a short amount of time.
Financially, the Seahawks’ Beast Mode back is two seasons into the type of lucrative contract most players spend a career trying to secure.
Personally, the Oakland-born Lynch gives back through his Fam 1st Family Foundation that is dedicated to empowering youth, especially in the Bay Area.
So Farwell is right, what’s left to bestow on Lynch? He’ll have to settle for our best wishes for the best possible Beast Mode birthday.
