On this date: Russell Wilson passes for three TDs in Pro Bowl
Seattle Seahawks players will have the chance to share the causes that are important to them during all Week 13 games, as part of the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats campaign. Defensive end Cliff Avril, wide receiver Doug Baldwin, tight end Jimmy Graham, cornerback Richard Sherman, and quarterback Russell Wilson all chose to participate, personalizing their footwear to help tell their stories. 2013: Russell Wilson caps his impressive rookie season by passing for three touchdowns and Marshawn Lynch runs for another as the NFC beats the AFC 62-35 in the Pro Bowl. Earl Thomas has an interception and Leon Washington returns a kickoff 92 yards and adds a 14-yard punt return. The Seahawks also are represented by Max Unger, who is from Hawaii.
1985: Fredd Young blocks a punt to set up a touchdown, Norm Johnson kicks two field goals and Kenny Easley has a game-high 10 tackles as the AFC wins the Pro Bowl 22-14. The Seahawks’ largest Pro Bowl contingent in franchise history also includes Steve Largent, Dave Krieg, Joe Nash and Dave Brown.
