Doesn't it feel good, 12th Man?
Your Seahawks are NFC Champions for the second time in franchise history after defeating the defending NFC Champion San Francisco 49ers, 23-17, on Sunday night at CenturyLink Field.
A record-crowd of 68,454 was on hand to witness the Seahawks stake their berth in Super Bowl XLVIII, where they'll meet the AFC Champion Denver Broncos, who topped the New England Patriots 26-16 earlier Sunday.
An emotional postgame celebration took place at the 50-yard line with the presentation of the George Halas Trophy to owner Paul Allen and the club. The festivities carried into the locker room with a spirited speech from coach Pete Carroll, after which several players grabbed their mobile phones and took to Twitter, sharing their reactions to the 12th Man.
"Man...I don't have any more tears," said fullback Michael Robinson. "It's an amazing feeling."
