Walter Thurmond activated; Perrish Cox released

Renton, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks have activated cornerback Walter Thurmond from roster exempt status and released cornerback Perrish Cox, the team announced this afternoon.
Thurmond has played in 11 games this season with three starts, collecting 31 tackles (23 solo), one sack, one interception and six passes defensed.
Cox was signed on December 11, played in two games and recorded three solo tackles.
