Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have placed safety Jeron Johnson on injured reserve and signed Perrish Cox to the active roster, the team announced today. On the practice squad, Seattle signed linebacker Mike Taylor to the eight-man unit after the San Francisco 49ers signed guard Ryan Seymour to its 53-man roster.
Cox signed with Seattle on November 26 only to be released the following day. Taylor was a first-team All-Big Ten selection for the University of Wisconsin after his junior and senior seasons. He went undrafted in April's NFL Draft.
