Seahawks release WR Josh Lenz from practice squad, sign WR Phil Bates

Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have released wide receiver Josh Lenz from the practice squad and signed wide receiver Phil Bates in his place, the team announced this afternoon.
Bates spent the majority of the 2012 season on Seattle's practice squad and was released this season after training camp on August 31.
Lenz was most recently signed back to Seattle's practice squad on October 30.
