Good morning, 12th Man.
Here's a look at what's "out there" for today, Tuesday, September 3, about your Seattle Seahawks:

Condotta also notes defensive lineman Cliff Avril, Tony McDaniel and Brandon Mebane sat out Monday's practice, but are expected to give it a go when the Seahawks next practice on Wednesday.
Eric Williams of the Tacoma News Tribune reports that defensive end Chris Clemons will return to practice on Wednesday. John Boyle of the Everett Herald brings word that wide receiver Jermaine Kearse will be first in line to return kickoffs during Sunday's regular season opener.
Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR AM has thoughts on the Seahawks decision to go with just two tight ends (Zach Miller, Luke Willson) on the team's active roster, noting offensive tackle Mike Person can also work at the position.
Mike Sando of ESPN.com has a team-by-team breakdown of released players awarded to other teams on waivers after the league-mandated cut-down to 53 players. The Seahawks had four released players claimed by other teams after the initial cut to 53, tied for second-most in the League.
Sando also passes along a status update on the entire 2013 NFC West draft class.
Terry Blount of ESPN.com says wide receiver Stephen Williams will practice Wednesday, but must pass a series of concussion tests before he is cleared to play Sunday against the Panthers.
Blount also shares some Monday comments from head coach Pete Carroll on the team's depth at cornerback.
The writers at NFL.com's Around the League unanimously select the 2013 Seahawks to win the NFC West.
Hank Gola of the New York Daily News has the Seahawks ranked No. 1 in his preseason power rankings. Gola writes: "Team on the rise. Love their defense and their home field advantage. Russell Wilson is only going to get better."
