Good morning, 12th Man.

Yesterday afternoon, the Seahawks announced the trade of third-year offensive guard John Moffitt to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for defensive lineman Brian Sanford.
Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times has more on the trade of Moffitt and notes the addition of defensive tackle Dewayne Cherrington, who was also signed to the Seahawks yesterday after the release of kicker Carson Wiggs.
Eric Williams of the Tacoma News Tribune says the Seahawks depth along the offensive line with rookies Alvin Bailey and Michael Bowie likely factored into the decision to deal Moffitt to the Browns.
John Boyle of the Everett Herald notes that Moffitt's trade to Cleveland makes him the fourth member of the Seahawks nine-player 2011 draft class that is no longer with the team.
Jayson Jenks of the Seattle Times highlights the progress of undrafted rookie defensive end Benson Mayowa.
Danny O'Neil breaks down three things we learned and three things we're still trying to figure out after Saturday's preseason win over the Denver Broncos. O'Neil also has his thoughts on Moffitt's trade to the Browns.
Bob Stelton and Dave Grosby of 710 AM ESPN Seattle's "Bob and Groz" share their thoughts on Moffitt's departure in this short video.
Head coach Pete Carroll recently made his animated debut in Sunday's Nicktoons episode of "Broken Dreams."
Here at Seahawks.com, I recap a Monday conversation between head coach Pete Carroll and the team's flagship radio network 710 AM ESPN Seattle.
And Digital Media Reporter Clare Farnsworth says Moffitt upgrades the depth along Cleveland's O-line, passes along a Madden 25 commercial featuring running back Marshawn Lynch, and catches up with former Seahawks Jacob Green, Dave Krieg and Blair Bush on what they think of the 2013 Seahawks.
