Seahawks agree to terms with Early Douchet, waive/injured Boatright
Seattle Seahawks players will have the chance to share the causes that are important to them during all Week 13 games, as part of the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats campaign. Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have waived/injured defensive end Kenneth Boatright and have agreed to terms with wide receiver Early Doucet, the team announced this afternoon.
Doucet was Arizona's third-round selection (81st overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft and played in 54 games with 14 starts in his five seasons with the Cardinals. He played in 12 games with three starts in 2012 and recorded 28 receptions for 207 yards on the season, but was released on March 9, 2013. He has 139 receptions for 1,491 yards and seven touchdowns in his career.
Boatright signed with Seattle on March 27.
