Seahawks Make Roster Moves

"Turnover Thursday" was the motto for Wednesdays practice of preseason week 3 in preparation for the San Diego Chargers.
Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have released cornerback Ron Parker and signed wide receiver Deon Butler to the 53-man active roster, the team announced this morning.
Seattle signed Parker from Carolina's practice squad on December 5 and he played in two games, seeing time at cornerback while also collecting two solo special teams tackles.
Butler signed with Seattle as a free agent on December 15 and played in one game but was released on December 24. He was originally a third-round (91st overall) choice in the 2009 NFL Draft by Seattle.
