Steve Hauschka and the Washington Dairy Council participated in the Fuel Up To Play 60 school assembly. The Washington State Dairy Council awarded McKnight Middle School in Renton with a $10,000 check as a part of their Seahawks Hometown Grant to continue their healthy eating and exercise habits as a school. Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have signed wide receiver Charly Martin from the practice squad to the 53-man active roster and signed wide receiver Corbin Louks to the practice squad.
Louks began his college career at the University of Utah where he played running back for the Utes, rushing 60 times for 380 yards (6.3 avg.) and four touchdowns during the 2007-08 seasons. He then transferred to the University of Nevada in 2009 and had to sit out the season. He opened 2010 as the starting safety and moved to wide receiver in 2011. He caught 26 passes for 303 yards and one touchdown during his senior season.
