Bing a Presenting Partner for Training Camp

More than 2,500 fans came out for the first day of the Seahawks' 2016 training camp at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
Seahawks players reported to Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Friday to prepare for the start of the team's 2016 training camp, which opens Saturday, July 30 with the first of 13 practices open to the public.
RENTON, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks today announced a broadening of their partnership with Bing, the decision engine from Microsoft, for the 2010 season. As part of their multi-faceted relationship, the Bing logo will continue to be prominently displayed on the team's practice jerseys and now introduce Bing as presenting partner of the team's training camp.
With practices open to the public on a space-available basis, fans interested in attendingtraining camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) in Renton must pre-register through the team's web site, seahawks.com, beginning July 12 at 10 a.m.
Open practices will begin on Saturday, July 31 and conclude on Monday, August 16. Practice times will be listed on the team's web site starting in mid-July. In addition to the action on the field, fans will be entertained with music and other family-friendly activities, with food and beverages also available. The team will also host an open practice at Husky Stadium on Sunday, August 8.
"In partnership with our friends at Bing, we are excited to host Seahawks fans for the second year in a row at VMAC," said Vulcan Sports & Entertainment CEO Tod Leiweke. "Fans will enjoy the competitive atmosphere of Coach Carroll's practices, the energy among the players and coaches and one of the most beautiful settings in all the NFL."
Registration will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and fans 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. A $5 transportation fee will be charged per person, as fans will be required to park at an off-site location and shuttled to VMAC before and after each practice. Only fans that register through seahawks.com will be allowed to attend practice.
