2016 Mom's Clinic

Join former Seahawks players, medical experts and fellow moms on CenturyLink Field to learn USA Football’s Heads Up Program! Make sure you bring athletic gear as you will be running through the drills, learning different techniques.

The FREE clinic will include USA Football’s “Heads Up” comprehensive approach to a better and safer game::

• Instruction on proper helmet and shoulder pad fitting
• Education on tackling and blocking techniques
• Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) concussion recognition and response protocols
• Education on Heat and hydration
• Education on Sudden cardiac arrest protocols
