Local and Sustainable Food at CenturyLink Field

First and Goal Executive Chef Michael Johnson partnered with Pho Cyclo to help bring fresh Vietnamese cuisine to the stadium. Their newest invention, the Pho Rito - Pho wrapped in a flour tortilla - has been a preferred fan choice this season.
We are very proud to be taking our CenturyLink Field sustainability program full-circle as we partner with Cedar Grove and their Sound Sustainable Farm to take our compost and turn it into fresh produce served at CenturyLink Field.
Our Chef Michael Johnson and his team focus on partnering with local resources to ensure that we are bringing the freshest ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. His close relationships with local growers, ranchers and fish mongers allow us to bring our fans the best. We are very proud to be working with partners like Country Natural Beef, Sound Sustainable Farms and East Anchor Seafood to give the 12s the farm to table feel they expect.
