Q&A

Frequently Asked Questions & Answers for Gameday

AUTISM TOOLKITS

Q: Where can I pick up an autism toolkit? What is included?

A: Fans can pick up a toolkit at the SW GuestLink Location on the Field Plaza, just south of the Pro Shop. The toolkits include noise cancelling headphones, ear plugs, sensory toys, a detailed schedule to help keep track of the game and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge. The identifier badge can be worn as a sticker or band, displayed on a lanyard or kept in a wallet. The I'M A-OK symbol will help Seahawks fans recognize that a person has autism and give them an opportunity to help or simply be more patient, if necessary.

BEHAVIOR IN THE STANDS

Q: If someone is using obscene language or disrupting my gameday experience, who should I contact?

A: You can text-message HAWK12 (429512) at any point during the game to report fan activity that has disrupted your enjoyment of the game or to report spills or housekeeping issues that require attention. You may also contact the nearest usher or event staff member.

BRINGING LUGGAGE INTO THE STADIUM

Q: I'm coming straight from the airport to the game (or going from the game to the airport). Can I store my luggage at the stadium?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a place to store luggage at CenturyLink Field. Clear bags that are 12" x 6" x 12" or smaller are allowed in the stadium provided that they do not contain items on our prohibited items list.

BRINGING OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INTO THE STADIUM

Q: What beverages can I bring into the stadium?

A: Full factory sealed plastic bottled water may be brought into the stadium for Seahawks games. Caps should be left ON. Also, empty personal plastic sports bottles will be permitted. Please note that cans, glass, thermos, or other containers are not permitted. Exceptions are made for baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single-serve containers (ie. juice boxes).

Q: What food can I bring into the stadium?

A: Seahawks fans may bring food into CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center on game days in clear plastic bags only. Coolers and large backpacks are prohibited on Seahawks game days (see Bag Policy).

CHILD TICKETS

Q: Do children need a ticket to attend a Seahawks game?

A: Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a Seahawks game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children.

CONCESSION QUESTIONS

Q: Where can I find a specific food or beverage item?

A: Please click on Concession Guide to view specific locations.

Q: Why can't I bring my mixed drink from the Club Loft bar back to my seats?

A: This is a WA State Liquor Control Board policy which states that hard alcohol remain in a "controlled area". In this case that area is in the Club lofts and Club lounge.

COVERED SEATS

Q: How do I know if my seats are under cover?

A: The majority of the seats in CenturyLink Field are protected from the elements. The following general outline will serve to assist fans in determining whether or not their seats are covered. This information is weather and wind speed/direction contingent. Generally, the east side is known as the "sunny side", and in addition, will be more exposed to the elements.

  • Field/Main Level Cover: Cover begins at Rows Z-AA of the 100 level sideline seats
  • North End Zone and Hawks Nest: No covered seating
  • South End Zone: Cover only in last two rows, QQ and PP
  • Delta Sky360 Club Level: All seating covered
  • Suite Level: All seating covered
  • Upper Level: Sideline-covered*; Corners-no covered seating

* East side, rows A-D may be exposed to elements based on wind speed

PARKING AROUND THE STADIUM

Q: Where can I park if I don't have a season pass?

A: There are many private lots located South of Safeco Field and North of the CenturyLink Field in and around Pioneer Square and under the 99 Viaduct downtown.

Q: If I carry a disabled placard, does that give me automatic access to the North Lot?

A: Unfortunately, it does not give automatic access. If you do not have a prepaid season pass, it is unlikely you will be able to park in the North Lot. It is a good idea to make alternate plans such as using the drop off area in front of the Pro Shop on Occidental Avenue.

Q: Where can I park if I don't have a season pass?

A: There are many private lots located South of Safeco Field and North of the CenturyLink Field in and around Pioneer Square and under the 99 Viaduct downtown.

Q: My husband wants me to drop him off at the "Drop Off Area". Where is that?

A: The drop off area is located in front of the Seahawks Pro Shop on Occidental Avenue. Since this street is blocked off at King Street and Royal Brougham, the ONLY way to access this area is from 1st Avenue onto Railroad Way South. This area is available both before and after every game. Please be patient and follow police instructions, as this area can get congested close to game time.

Q: I am a season ticket holder and would like to purchase parking. Is there anything available?

A: Parking is extremely limited and is renewed by our season ticket holders each year. Please contact your account representative at (888) 635-4295 to get the most up-to-date information.

Q: Can cars or RV's park at the stadium overnight to tailgate?

A: No, overnight parking and tailgating is not permitted. Due to limited space we are unable to offer RV parking at CenturyLink Field.

Q: It is hard to know where to park if you do not have a pass. Any suggestions?

A: Since majority of the parking adjacent to the stadium is reserved and sold out on a season basis, the best alternatives are the Union Station Garage on 4th Avenue or the Safeco Garage adjacent to Safeco Field (where the Mariners play). If you come late, those may be full as well so you will want to head south and look for one of the many private lots.

Q: Where can I find pregame traffic and parking updates?

A: Tune your radio to KIRO 710AM. They will provide traffic updates and suggestions as to where to park if you are not a pass holder.

Q: If I don't have a pass can I drive down King Street and try to see if they will let me in the Lot?

A: King Street will be restricted to pass holders for the North Lot. Try going to Union Station Lot on 4th Avenue or any private lot South of the Stadium.

NURSING

Q: I am a mother bringing my infant to the game. Is there a private place for nursing?

A: Yes, we are pleased to offer The Mother's Room, located on the SW Corner of the Suite Level. It can be accessed by the SW elevators. The Mother's Room is a private space where moms can nurse, pump and spend some quiet time. The room has soft lighting, comfortable chairs and electrical outlets. It also has a convenient changing table and hand washing sink.

TAILGATING

Q: Can we tailgate at the games?

A: For those fans interested in tailgating, we recommend the parking lot located at 8th and Holgate. This lot is a short walk South of CenturyLink Field and is sold on a game-by-game basis. Please see our downtown map for additional parking and tailgate locations.

TICKET SCALPERS

Q: I see people selling tickets outside the stadium. Is this legal?

A: It is illegal to sell tickets at any price on Seahawks property. We have added extra security and police patrols to help deter this bothersome practice.

Q: Is it safe to buy tickets off the street? They claim to have some great seats.

A: It is absolutely NOT safe to buy tickets from anyone selling on the street. Most of the time these tickets have been reported stolen, are counterfeit, or missing from someone's mailbox.
