GAMEDAY POLICIES & INFORMATION

Your guide to Seahawks gameday policies

GAMEDAY POLICIES

BANNERS AND SIGNS

Banners and signs are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage. Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste and not commercial, political or offensive in nature. All signs must be hand-held; signs on sticks are not permitted. CenturyLink Field reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.


CREDIT CARDS

American Express is the Official Card of the CenturyLink Field Box Office, Seahawks Pro Shop and permanent novelty stands. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. All stadium concession stands accept American Express, MasterCard, and VISA. Credit card acceptance varies for all other CenturyLink Field events.


CUSTOMER SERVICE

During a CenturyLink Field event, please direct any comments and concerns to the nearest GuestLink Location or Event Staff member. Questions or comments may also be directed to the Seahawks Customer Relations Department by calling (888) 635-4295, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm, or emailing CustomerService@Seahawks.com


EJECTION

CenturyLink Field and the Seattle Seahawks reserve the right to eject anyone who violates our Fan Code of Conduct, or whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature. Tickets can be revoked without refund and the individuals will be escorted from CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. If you are ejected from a Seahawks game you will be required to complete our $250 Fan Code of Conduct Course before re-admittance into CenturyLink Field.


EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATION PROCEDURES

In the event of a serious CenturyLink Field and Event Center emergency, all event staff, law enforcement and fire personnel are available to assist guests, including those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the public address system and on stadium televisions and scoreboards.


FIELD ACCESS

Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted onto the field before, during or after a Seahawks game. Any unauthorized person going onto the field will be removed and subject to arrest, and will have their ticket privileges revoked.


FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

Seahawks fans may bring food into CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center of Seahawks gameday in approved clear bags only. Per NFL policy, outside beverages are not allowed. Exceptions are made for factory-sealed water bottles (non-enhanced, flavored or carbonated), baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single serve containers (i.e. juice boxes). Coolers and backpacks are also prohibited. Please review our Prohibited Items and Stadium Bag Policy.


FOOTBALL IN STANDS

NFL rules state that any ball landing in the stands as a result of play must be returned to the playing field. A CenturyLink Field staff member will identify themselves and request the ball returned to the field of play.

GAME DAY GIVEAWAYS

For the majority of games, giveaway items are distributed to fans upon entering the stadium gates. Although giveaway items are ordered in quantities to accommodate CenturyLink Field's seat capacity, receipt of a giveaway item is not guaranteed. Arriving early and utilizing the gate entrance designated on the game ticket is the best way to ensure receipt.


GATE OPENING TIMES

For Seahawks games:
Charter & General Ticket Holders: 2 hours prior to kickoff
Suite Ticket Holders: 3 hours prior to kickoff
Delta Sky360 Club and Field Seat Ticket Holders: Can enter the stadium and access the Delta Sky360 Club Level 3 hours prior to kickoff, and can access seats in the bowl 2 hours prior to kickoff

Gate opening times for other events at CenturyLink Field and the CenturyLink Field Event Center will vary. For specific event information, please call (206) 381-7555.


LOST AND FOUND

If you have misplaced an item at an event, please proceed to the nearest GuestLink Location inside the stadium. After the conclusion of the event you may Contact the CenturyLink Field Lost and Found at (206) 381-7544. Lost items will be kept for one month; those unclaimed after that time will be donated to charity. For more information, visit http://www.centurylinkfield.com/lost-found/.


LOST CHILDREN / PARENTS

Guests are encouraged to instruct children in their group to find a CenturyLink Field staff member if they become lost or separated from their group. Lost children will be taken to the nearest GuestLink Location. Parents looking for a lost child should follow the same procedure.

As a preventive measure, all GuestLink Locations offer the "Family Finder" program as a free service. Parents can also have their seat location printed on a fun wristband for their children to wear while at CenturyLink Field.


NURSING

CenturyLink Field is pleased to offer The Mother's Room, located on the SW Corner of the Suite Level. It can be accessed by using the SW Elevator. The Mother's Room is a private space where moms can nurse, pump and spend some quiet time. The room has soft lighting, comfortable chairs and electrical outlets. It also has a convenient changing table and hand washing sink.


PAGING

Those who wish to leave an emergency number with relatives or sitters can refer them to the CenturyLink Field office at (206) 381-7555. Please remember to leave an exact seat location (section, row, seat number) at home with the emergency number. If CenturyLink Field is contacted in the event of an emergency, stadium staff member will deliver the message to a patron's seat.


POLICE

For your safety and convenience, Seattle Police Department and King County officers are stationed throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest CenturyLink Field member representative immediately.


PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION OR PDA

CenturyLink Field is committed to providing an atmosphere that all guests find enjoyable. As part of this commitment, we ask that all guests keep acts of affection tasteful and discrete.


RADIO, TELEVISIONS

Radios and televisions are permitted in CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center so long as they do not disturb other fans. For the benefit of others, fans listening to broadcasts are required to use headsets.


RE-ENTRY POLICY

Due to security concerns and direction from NFL Security, re-entry is ONLY permitted up until kickoff time. After kickoff there is no re-entry. Once a fan exits CenturyLink Field after kickoff, THEY CANNOT RE-ENTER. In the case of a medical emergency, you can be issued a medical pass by CenturyLink Field First Aid.


RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables are also available throughout the facility.


SKATEBOARDING / ROLLERBLADING

Skateboarding and/or rollerblading on property surrounding CenturyLink Field and Event Center is strictly prohibited.


SMOKING / TOBACCO

In compliance with state law (RCW 70.160), smoking of any kind is prohibited in all areas of CenturyLink Field and Event Center. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and smokeless tobacco.


SOLICITATION / LITERATURE

Any persons without written consent from either First & Goal Inc. or the Seattle Seahawks are prohibited from soliciting contributions or distributing literature on CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center property (inside or outside).


STROLLERS

Strollers are allowed in CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. During stadium events, strollers too large to be stored under a seat may be checked at the nearest GuestLink Location.


UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of an event.


VIDEO BOARDS (HAWKVISION)

The video boards at CenturyLink Field are called HawkVision and represent a "one-of-a-kind" approach to sports venue video displays. HawkVision was designed, engineered and built to deliver video and graphic images of the highest resolution and clarity to fans. The south video board, measuring approximately 84 feet wide by 24 feet high, will display video in a super landscape format. The North Tower's board is the first-ever portrait layout, measuring approximately 44 feet wide by nearly 50 feet high. Together, the HawkVision video boards represent some of the largest viewing surfaces in the NFL.


VISITING TEAM FANS

Visiting team fans are our guests. Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection or arrest.


TAILGATING POLICIES

A message from the Seattle Police Department, Washington State Liquor Control Board, the City of Seattle, the Seattle Seahawks and CenturyLink Field:

Please remember that consuming or possessing an open container of alcohol (beer, wine, or spirituous liquor) is a violation of city and state law.

The violation is a class 3 civil incraftion punishable by a fine of $103.00 (RCW 66.44.100).

Minors in possesion of alcohol face a criminal penalty with a maximum fine of $5,000 and/or a year in jail (RCW 66.44.270).

Public Safety is our priority. Thank you for your cooperation.


DISABLED ACCESS GUIDE

ANIMALS

Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in CenturyLink Field and Event Center. All other animals are prohibited.


ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES

CenturyLink Field has been equipped with a highly advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available for no charge at GuestLink Location. A driver's license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Closed Captioning is available for guests via mobile phones. Most mobile phones are compatible with the system. In the event a personal phone is not compatible, a limited number of mobile phones are available for check out with a valid driver's license at any GuestLink Location. The mobile phones will transmit communications made through the stadium's public address system. Please stop by a GuestLink Location for more details. This system may not be available for all stadium events.


CLOSED CAPTIONING SERVICES

Closed Captioning is available for guests via mobile phones. Most mobile phones are compatible with the system. In the event a personal phone is not compatible, a limited number of mobile phones are available for check out with a valid driver's license at any GuestLink Location. The mobile phones will transmit communications made through the stadium's public address system. Please stop by a Guest Services booth for more details. This system may not be available for all stadium events.

CenturyLink Field now offers in-game captioning along the reader boards between the 200 and 300 levels. These are placed around the entire stadium.


CONCESSION STANDS

A variety of delicious food and beverage choices are available through the stadium concession stands and restaurants, provided by First & Goal Hospitality. First & Goal Hospitality was created by the Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. as part of an continual effort to enhance the guest experience and to bring the best local food and beverage options to CenturyLink Field. All concession stands and restaurants in the stadium are ADA-Compliant. Additionally, all permanent concession stands accept credit card payment.


DISABLED PARKING INFORMATION

There are disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas and prices levels of CenturyLink Field. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For further location of access appropriate options, please contact Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or visit Ticketmaster.com.

DROP-OFF AREA

The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. and Occidental Ave., accessible from 1st Ave. S. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. Traffic congestion can be a problem if you don't arrive early! You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-game, with traffic delays possible.


ELEVATORS

CenturyLink Field is equipped with two elevators in each of the NE, NW, and SW corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility. Elevators are also located at the north and south ends of the parking garage, as well as the southeast corner of the Event Center. Elevator service is available to Delta Sky360 Club Seat Holders, Suite holders and guests with disabilities or difficulty climbing stairs and ramps. For convenient access to the upper level, an express elevator is also available in the NW corner.


FIRST AID STATIONS

For guest safety and convenience there are several First Aid Stations located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. In an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance or directions. First Aid stations can be found at the following locations:

  • Main Concourse: Sections 103, 119 & 141
  • Club Level: SW Concourse across from Club Suite 26
  • Suite Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 36
  • Upper Concourse: Sections 300 & 326

Automatic External Defibrillators (AED's) are located throughout the facility.


RAMPS

Four ramps are located in the SW, NW, NE and SE corners of the stadium. All ramps access the upper levels of the stadium and are ADA-compliant.


RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables and chairs for nursing are also available throughout the facility.


TICKET FRAUD

Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in seat relocation, ejection from the stadium, or revocation of ticket privileges. If it involves a Season Ticket Holder, this may include revocation of season tickets.


TICKET SAFETY INFORMATION

We love seeing fans share their excitement by posting about their tickets but please remember the importance of keeping your ticket barcodes private. Do not post pictures of your active ticket barcodes on social media or other platforms which can compromise your ticket information and make it more vulnerable to theft. Stick to posting photos without the barcode or with the front cover of your season ticket booklet only.

As a reminder, the NFL Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster, is the official resale marketplace of the NFL and is the only verified resale market for Seattle Seahawks home game tickets.


WHEELCHAIR SERVICE

Wheelchairs are available to fans needing accessible assistance. Simply let a CenturyLink Field Event Staff member know at gate entry and they can assist. A wheelchair will be dispatched and an Event Staff member will escort you to your seat, and then arrange a time for pick-up at the end of the game.


WI-FI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The courtesy Wi-Fi service (the "Service") is provided solely for the use of guests of the Seattle Seahawks, CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. By using the Service, you acknowledge (i) that you are a guest of ours; (ii) that the Service may not be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) that viruses or other harmful applications may travel through the Service; (iv) that we do not guarantee the security of the Service and that unauthorized third parties may access your computer or files or otherwise monitor your connection; (v) that the Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whatsoever; and (vi) that you assume all risk associated with your activities conducted online through the Service and assume all liability and damages incurred through the Service.

Access to the Service may be denied, blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service, and violation of applicable local, state, and, or federal laws or regulations. Any other use is strictly prohibited. FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

Support your team with class. The Seahawks and CenturyLink Field strive to provide an environment that is free from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
  • Over-intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
  • Verbal or physical harassment of home or opposing team fans
  • Verbal or physical harassment of stadium guests and staff members
  • Smoking, tobacco or marijuana use on CenturyLink Field property
  • Possession of outside alcohol inside the stadium

Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Seattle Seahawks games. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior and fighting will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the stadium and/or permanent revocation of ticket privileges.

Each guest should be in possession of their ticket and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify their seat location. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats.

As part of an NFL initiative, the Seahawks will require fans that are ejected from the stadium for violating of the Fan Code of Conduct to take a four-hour online course before they are permitted to come back into the facility. The cost of the course will be $250.

REPORTING UNRULY FAN BEHAVIOR

We are committed to improving your game day experience and providing a safe, family-friendly environment. To report any inappropriate activity that may be disrupting your enjoyment of the game or for housekeeping needs, please text-message HAWK12 (429512). You can also direct any questions or concerns to the nearest Event Staff member or GuestLink Location.


ALCOHOL POLICY

The Seattle Seahawks and CenturyLink Field work hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below and are also posted at every concession stand.

  • Guests who appear to be under 30 years of age must present a valid form of identification for alcohol purchases.
  • No alcohol will be sold to Guests who are under 21 years of age.
  • No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear intoxicated.
  • There will be a two (2) beer limit, per transaction, at concession stands and portable concessions during the first half. Starting at kick off of the 3rd quarter, there will be a one (1) beer limit per transaction.
  • There will be a one (1) beer limit, per person, by a roving vendor.
  • There will be a one (1) spirit limit, per transaction, at club locations until alcohol cut, which varies by event.
  • Alcohol sales will terminate at the end of the third quarter though management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion.
  • Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the grounds. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of our Fan Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or ticket privileges being revoked.
