Fuel to Play 60

Fuel Up to Play 60 is a program founded by the National Dairy Council and NFL, in collaboration with USDA, that empowers students to take charge in making small, everyday changes at school.

Students can win cool prizes, like an NFL player visit or Super Bowl tickets, for choosing good-for-you foods and getting active for at least 60 minutes every day. We want kids to make a difference not only in their lives, but also their community.

About Seahawks Play 60 Fitnessgram

Pediatrics Tips from Virginia Mason

Nutrition & Fitness for Live

Virginia Mason's Nutrition and Fitness for Life (N.F.L.) program teaches children and their families healthier lifestyle habits, such as how to choose foods wisely and get and stay active. The program is free to qualifying Virginia Mason patients ages five through 18 and is funded as the sole beneficiary of the Seattle Seahawks Rumble at the Ridge Golf Tournament, part of the Boeing Classic Champions Tour.

Families who join N.F.L. learn to work together as a team, find fun ways to exercise, prepare meals at home and reduce time spent watching TV and playing video games. Within the program, parents share ideas with each other, and kids who struggle with weight issues learn they are not alone. Once families have graduated from the program, they are offered additional support from Virginia Mason providers.
