| GUIDELINES 1. All requests must be submitted on the organization's letterhead or the attached appearance form at least 4 weeks in advance of your event. No telephone, fax or email requests will be accepted. 2. All requests will receive a response. If you haven't heard back from us, we're still working on your request. Once confirmed, we will contact you, so please be patient. 3. Should the Alumni become unable to appear due to illness or circumstances beyond his control, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. 4. Appearances are typically one hour in length.
Promotional appearance fees are not set by the Seahawks. The individual Alumni establish their own fee, therefore rates vary. Checks should be made payable directly to each Alumni and must be paid at the event. Alumni are also available for community service or charity-related events, and would not require a fee. However, organizations that have an ability to pay are asked to reimburse the Alumni for mileage and/or parking fees.
