Appearance Requests

The Seahawks players, coaches and staff are available for a wide variety of appearances. To make a request for an appearance please click on a group below. All requests must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event's start date. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance. Player, Coach, and Staff Appearances

Guidelines

  1. All requests must be submitted on the attached appearance form at least 4 weeks in advance of your event. No telephone, fax, mail or email requests will be accepted.
  2. All requests will receive a response. If you haven't heard back from us, we're still working on your request. We will contact you, so please be patient.
  3. Should the player, coach or staff member become unable to appear due to illness, injury, roster transaction, or circumstances beyond their control, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement.
  4. Appearances are typically one hour in length.

Availability

  • January and February - Players are generally not available due to their vacation schedules or non- residence in the area.
  • April through June - Players participate in voluntary workouts and mandatory mini camps and might be available depending on their schedule.
  • July and August - Training Camp begins around mid to late-July, so players and coaches are not available once Camp begins.
  • September to December - Players are only available on Monday nights and Tuesdays, which is normally their only day off. Coaches are not available during the season.

Fees

Promotional appearance fees are not set by the Seahawks. The individual players and coaches establish their own fee, therefore rates vary. Players and coaches must be paid at the event. Many of these promotional events rely on a sponsor to underwrite the cost of an appearance. The majority of our appearances are community service or charity-related and would not require a fee.

Staff members cannot accept an appearance fee for participating in your event. However, if it is customary for your organization to compensate speakers, you may make a donation on their behalf to the Seahawks Charitable Foundation.

Sea Gals

Guidelines

  1. All requests must be submitted on the organization's letterhead or the attached appearance form at least 4 weeks in advance of your event. No telephone, fax or email requests will be accepted.
  2. All requests will receive a response. If you haven't heard back from us, we're still working on your request. Once confirmed, we will contact you, so please be patient.
  3. Should the Sea Gal(s) become unable to appear due to illness, injury or circumstances beyond their control, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement.
  4. Appearances are typically one hour in length.
  5. Sea Gals have various outfits to wear for events, but normally will not wear their game uniform.
  6. A minimum of three cheerleaders is required if requesting a dance routine(s) be performed.
  7. The Sea Gals have a "Show Group" that can perform a customized, non-stop, high-energy show with colorful costume changes.

Availability

The Sea Gals are normally available year-around, with the exception of Sea Gal Tryouts (typically held in April or May) and on game days.

Fees

  • $150 per hour, per Sea Gal (2-hour minimum)
  • $2,000 - 60-minute Show Group performance

Payment for Sea Gals appearances must be paid in advance or at the event.

Blitz

When Blitz isn't flying around CenturyLink Field or cheering on the Seahawks he can be found all around town entertaining fans. If you have an upcoming event that you would like Blitz to appear at simply fill out the form here!

Appearance Packages

  • Field Goal Package - $300
    30 minute appearance - Blitz will appear at your event for a 30 minute appearance and take photos and sign autographs. This is the perfect way to help promote a grand opening or promotion, spice up a corporate event, or any other event where there are Seahawks fans! Your personal appearance can be customized to fit your needs and any special requests you have.
  • Touchdown Package - $600
    60 minute appearance - A longer version of the Field Goal package that is better suited for large events. The extra time guarantees enough time for pictures and interaction with everyone as well as one Blitz autographed football. This football can be used in conjunction with your appearance as a raffle or giveaway.
  • Blitz Party Package - $400
    30 minute appearance - Blitz is a huge hit at children's parties, including Bar Mitzvahs. Blitz is also happy to appear at weddings for those big Seahawks fans. The party package also includes one (1) Blitz autographed football. For children's birthday parties Blitz also includes Mascot Photo Cards that he can sign and make a great collectible.
  • Custom Appearance
    Have a special needs request for Blitz? Would you like Blitz to star in a commercial, TV show, music video, or movie? Fill out an appearance form with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Availability

Blitz is normally available year round, with the exception of game days. Blitz is pretty busy during the work week maintaining the lawn at CenturyLink Field. He loves it when you invite him to your event on weekends and weeknights but will do his best during the work week to attend your event!

*Non-Profit (501C3) and Educational Organizations receive a 50% discount on all appearance packages except the Blitz Fly-By.

**Blitz will travel anywhere in the Greater Seattle area for no additional charge however if you have an out of town appearance request there will be an additional travel charge.

Seahawks Alumni

Alumni are normally available year-around.

Fees

Promotional appearance fees are not set by the Seahawks. The individual Alumni establish their own fee, therefore rates vary. Checks should be made payable directly to each Alumni and must be paid at the event.

Alumni are also available for community service or charity-related events, and would not require a fee. However, organizations that have an ability to pay are asked to reimburse the Alumni for mileage and/or parking fees.
