Dance Background: My mom first put me in a dance studio at 6 years old where I began ballet, tap, and jazz. After 3 years of studio training, I transitioned into competitive cheerleading and continued that intensely for 10 years at all-star gyms as well as throughout middle and high school. After high school, I returned to the studio and rekindled my dance training in multiple genres including ballet, jazz, modern and hip-hop.
Hobbies: My current hobbies include exercising, spending time with my English Bulldog, Bowzer, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest! I love unique experiences and am always in search of my next adventure.
Favorite Quote: “Practice like you’ve never won, perform like you’ve never lost.”
Best Experience: My best experience thus far was having the opportunity to be part of a blue and green lighting ceremony at the Aloha Tower in Honolulu, Hawai’i. Connecting with friends, family, and 12s on O’ahu was so memorable, and I am incredibly grateful that the Seahawks organization has such a supportive fan base outside of Seattle, and in my hometown!
How I Stay Fit: I stay fit by creating healthy habits and maintaining the perspective that overall well-being is a lifestyle. I primarily enjoy resistance and weight training because I love seeing results in strength and muscle gains! Along with spending time in the gym, I like to maintain a healthy, balanced diet by eating lots of nutrient-dense foods, proteins, and drinking lots of water. Health is wealth!
Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: The best part of being a Sea Gal is being able to combine my passion for dance and performing with my passion for this city and team. I am truly grateful to be part of a prestigious organization through dance and am able to interact with this special community.
