Hobbies:Dancing, hiking the beautiful Pacific Northwest, travel, I’m always up for a spontaneous adventure, organic cooking, cooking classes, reading, watching comedy or action movies, checking items off of my bucket list, creating priceless memories with the awesome people in my life.
Favorite Quote: “There is no greater gift you can give or receive than to honor your calling. It’s why you were born, and how you become truly alive.” – Oprah Winfrey
Best Experience: Performing as a member of the Sea Gals Show Group for our 2012 Armed Forces Entertainment Tour. We traveled to Kosovo, Bahrain and Djibouti to dance for thousands of our military heroes. Performing, with some of my best friends in the world, on three different continents in less than two weeks was a whirlwind, but I will always treasure every moment!
How I Stay Fit: Health is one of my top priorities. I take pride in leading an active lifestyle. I run, dance and lift weights. I work out every day. I cook clean meals and eat mostly fruits and vegetables. I drink a lot of water and tea. I believe that everything we eat is either feeding or fighting disease.
Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: I have to go with game day! Century Link Field on Sunday is my absolute favorite place on earth, even in the rain! The energy that the 12’s bring every time is electric! The louder, the better! After five years, I still can’t believe I am one of the blessed women who has the opportunity to dance for the Super Bowl Champion Seahawks and the best fans in the NFL, all while wearing the Sea Gals glamorous uniforms! GO HAWKS!
