Occupation: Business Development Associate at a private market data company
High School: Eastlake High School (Sammamish, WA)
College: University of Washington
Years as a Sea Gal: 2
Dance Background: Seventeen years of studio dance, two years on University of Washington Dance Team.
Hobbies: Being out on the water and exploring downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods of Seattle.
Favorite Quote: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” – Henry Ford. I heard this quote for the first time while I was in high school and have kept it in mind since. It always helps me keep my head up any time I face a challenge and reminds me to always believe in myself.
Best Experience: My favorite experience has to be touring on Show Group last season. Being able to support the troops abroad while doing what I love is such a rewarding feeling, and they are always so welcoming and excited to see us. It’s incredibly eye-opening to learn about the military lifestyle and all that they sacrifice for us.
How I Stay Fit: I enjoy taking fitness classes – to me, there is no better workout than dancing!
Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: The best part of being a Sea Gal is getting to be apart of such an enthusiastic and inclusive community, all while doing the thing I love the most for the team I grew up watching and learning the sport of football from. You also get a group of talented and hardworking women that become some of your best friends, and experience things together that you would never have had the opportunity to otherwise.
