Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation:  Student and Media Relations Intern at FashionNXT

High School:  Auburn Riverside High School (Auburn, WA)

College: Portland State University

Major or Degree:  Communication

Years as a Sea Gal:  Rookie

Dance Background: I first started my dance training at Evergreen City Ballet in Auburn, Washington. I was classically trained in ballet and exposed to various styles such as jazz, modern, and hip hop. During high school I spent some time with Spectrum Dance Theatre in Seattle, Washington. Then I moved to Portland and performed on Portland State’s college dance team for 3 years. My exposure to college dance changed my life. Overjoyed by the energy of the football crowd, I am thrilled to cheer for the Seahawks this season!

Hobbies: I enjoy any and all opportunities to embark on adventures. Whether that be exploring a new restaurant or hiking a new trial, I am all game. I love traveling, hiking, biking, and running. I also like interior design, and recently started the hobby of refurbishing old furniture.

Favorite Quote:  "If it scares you, it might be a good thing to try." -Seth Godin

Best Experience: One of my best and thrilling moments was receiving my bright green pompoms and hearing my number called at finals.

How I Stay Fit: I try to do a lot of cardio. It is the fastest way I see results. I usually run and do intervals of sprints in my work out routine. I also take dance classes regularly.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: The best part of being a Sea Gal is being surrounded by so many beautiful, talented, smart, and dedicated women. I can’t wait to continue to learn from them!
