Occupation: Zumba & Pilates Instructor, Server
High School: Cascade Christian (Buckley, WA)
College: Body Arts and Sciences Institute
Major or Degree: Certificate
Years as a Sea Gal: 4 Years
Dance Background: 10 years of competitive figure skating, 6 years studio
dance training, and 4 years of high school cheerleading
Hobbies: Dancing, running, hot yoga, hiking, cooking, scrap booking, camping, but most of all spending as much quality time possible with my closest friends and family.
Major Goal I Have Met: When I built up my personal Zumba career. I started with nothing and built it up by making a website, business cards, advertising, and self marketing.
Best Experience: Visiting the troops in Djibouti, Africa and having the once in a lifetime opportunity to be flown by helicopter onto an amphibious ship to perform our last show.
How I Stay Fit: I stay fit by making sure that I am always keeping a healthy lifestyle. This consists of eating small meals throughout the day and always making sure that I am staying active.
Best Advice: The best advice that I have ever received was given to me from my mother. “Never lose respect for yourself and always treasure and value yourself, because if you don’t then no one else will.”
Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: Dancing and performing in front of the 12th man and cheering on my favorite team in the whole NFL.
