High School:  Southridge High School (Kennewick, WA)

College: Gonzaga University

Major or Degree:  Business - Marketing

Years as a Sea Gal:  Rookie

Dance Background: I was introduced to dance by one of your favorite Sea Gal alums, Tifny, back on our high school dance team. My training has come from the previous teams that I have danced on and worked with: Eastern Washington Elite, Tri-City Rattlers, Gonzaga Bomb Squad, and most recently the Washington Stealth Bombshells. All coaches and fabulous people I have met along the way have truly been an inspiration. They have helped shape me into the dancer that I am today.

Hobbies: Some of my favorite hobbies include trying new restaurants, baking, playing board games, keeping myself educated on fashion and trends, listening to music, and reading lyrics.

Favorite Quote:  “You won’t succeed unless you try…you won’t try if you don’t believe…if you don’t believe, nothing will ever happen. NEVER give up” – Murali Iyengar

Best Experience: The best experience I have had on the team thus far was walking into the VMAC. Seeing the “12 Seahawks Way” address literally gave me goose bumps as I pulled up into the parking lot. That is when it had TRULY hit me that I was on this team with 33 incredibly gorgeous, talented women who share the same love and passion I have for dance and football. Needless to say, my very first game will be on that field and not at home on the couch!

How I Stay Fit: With my sweet tooth I have to keep a balance of healthy eating and exercise. I religiously take my daily vitamins along with pre and post workout supplements. My favorite workouts include hot yoga, circuit training, and running.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: The best part of being a Sea Gal is that I get to have my cake! This is the complete 5 tier treat of combining my passion for dance, being able share this experience with an amazing group of talented women, learning from the best mentors this industry has to offer, dancing for the best team in the NFL, and YOU—the cherry on top! 12s make the cake and I cannot simply wait to see all of you in your green and blue!
