Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation:  Esthetician/Lash Extension Technician/Makeup Artist

High School:  Southridge High School (Kennewick, WA)

College: Washington State University/ Euro Institute of Skin Care

Major or Degree:  Esthetics

Years as a Sea Gal:  4

Dance Background: I have been dancing for about 25 years now! I started dancing at age 2 for my mother’s performing arts company, and did that for about 10 years. Then started my gymnastics career at the age of 9, and for 7 years, my life was consumed with competitive gymnastics. I got involved with cheerleading my junior year of highschool and competed nationwide in competitive cheer for 2 years.  Loving cheer and gymnastics I decided to take my talent to college and in 2005 I was able to join WSU’s cheerleading squad. In 2007, I auditioned for Sea Gals, and was blessed to be a part of the squad for 3 years. After taking 3 years off, I am honored to be back for my 4th year as an NFL Cheerleader for the Seahawks.

Hobbies: Being a mother, and spending time with my little boy Keoni is a huge part of my life. We love to play outdoors and I love to watch him explore and try new things, as everyday is a new learning and growing experience for the both of us. I enjoy going to concerts, writing, online shopping, boating, cooking, watching movies, wine tasting, and spending time with loved ones.

Favorite Quote:  “Create a life that feels good on the inside, not one that just looks good on the outside.”

Best Experience: My best experience with Sea Gals would definitely be having had the chance to be a part of ‘Show Group’ and traveling overseas to Japan, Guam, and Hawaii for our USO military tour where we had the opportunity to entertain the troops, extend our gratitude, and deliver a touch of home. It was such an honor to meet the service members and their families, listen to their stories, and thank them directly. Quite the experience of a lifetime I will never forget.

How I Stay Fit: I maintain a fairly low-carb diet, eat a lot of protein, and drink plenty of water. I love doing cardio at the gym, and detoxifying my body in the sauna. I believe that being healthy is not just about being physically fit, but mentally as well. Getting good rest, taking vitamins and minerals, and creating a well-balanced life benefits both body and mind.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: If I had to pick just one, I would have to say that game day is pretty incredible. Being able to dance in front of thousands of fans while cheering on my favorite team is one of the most exhilarated feelings I’ve ever experienced. And adding that I get to share the time of my life with other talented, beautiful women who I’ve created lifelong friendships with, makes it that much more special. I am so excited to be back this year and can’t wait to see you all on Sunday! Go Hawks!
