Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation:  Esthetician/Lash Extension Technician/Makeup Artist

High School:  Southridge High School (Kennewick, WA)

College: Washington State University/ Euro Institute of Skin Care

Major or Degree:  Esthetics

Years as a Sea Gal:  5

Dance Background: I have been dancing for over 25 years now! I started dancing at age 2 for my mother’s performing arts company. My gymnastics career started at the age of 9, and for 7 years, my life was consumed with competitive gymnastics. I got involved with cheerleading my junior year of high school and competed nationwide in competitive cheer for 2 years. I spent one year cheerleading for WSU at college, and in 2007, I auditioned for Sea Gals, and was blessed to be a part of the squad for 3 years. After taking 3 years off, I am honored to say this is now my 5th season as an NFL cheerleader for the Seahawks.

Hobbies: Being a mother, and spending time with my son is a huge part of my life. We love to play outdoors and I love to watch him explore and try new things, as everyday is a new learning and growing experience for the both of us. I enjoy going to concerts, traveling, boating, cooking, wine tasting, and spending time with my family in Tri- Cities.

Favorite Quote:  “A simple hello could lead to a million things.”

Best Experience: My best experience with Sea Gals would definitely be last year in New York, winning the Super Bowl. Traveling with our whole squad, making appearances on the Today Show, performing at the RHCP concert in Brooklyn, and cheering the Seahawks to victory at MetLife stadium. Coming home and celebrating with over 700,000 12s in the streets of Seattle was simply unforgettable.

How I Stay Fit: I maintain a fairly low-carb diet, eat a lot of protein, and drink plenty of water. I love doing cardio at the gym, and detoxifying my body in the sauna. I believe that being healthy is not just about being physically fit, but mentally as well. Getting good rest, taking vitamins and minerals, and creating a well-balanced life benefits both body and mind.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: If I had to pick just one, I would have to say that game day is pretty incredible. Being able to dance in front of thousands of fans while cheering on my favorite team is one of the most exhilarated feelings I’ve ever experienced. And adding that I get to share the time of my life with other talented, beautiful women who I’ve created lifelong friendships with, makes it that much more special. I am so excited to be back this year and can’t wait to see you all on Sunday! Go Hawks!
