Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation:  Associate Project Manager for a Global Leadership Consulting Firm

High School:  Peninsula High School (Palos Verdes, CA)

College: Oregon State University

Major or Degree:  BS in Speech Communications

Years as a Sea Gal:  2

Dance Background: I grew up competing internationally in rhythmic gymnastics, where ballet was a required part of the intensive training. Then naturally transitioned to dance, where I danced for an NBA team for 8 years. I was selected to be an All-star dancer for the first ever NBA All-star dance team in Las Vegas.

Hobbies: watching lots of sports, fishing, interior design, crabbing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, laughing, gardening, golfing, running and really anything that involves being outdoors!

Favorite Quote:  “A good life is when you smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realize how blessed you are for what you have.”

Best Experience: Some of my best experiences have been traveling the world (almost all seven continents). I think it’s a toss-up between playing with tigers in Thailand to skydiving in New Zealand!

How I Stay Fit: I love running with my dog along Lake Washington and FlyBarre in Bellevue. I find that it truly works every part of your body. I eat lots of veggies, protein and really anything unprocessed. I also enjoy life and splurge on some of my favorite foods, but all in moderation. I love Mexican food!

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: Preforming for the loudest fans in the NFL doing what I love the most…dancing! Also the amazingly talented, intelligent and beautiful women that I get to work with each day. I feel truly blessed for this experience.
