Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation: Account Representative at MOpro and Student

High School: Palos Verdes Peninsula High School (Palos Verdes, CA)

College: Concordia University

Major or Degree:  Liberal Arts

Years as a Sea Gal:  3

Dance Background: I've been studio trained since the age of 5 years old in Tap, Jazz, and a little Ballet. In high school I was a part of the Songleading team (cheer and dance) for 4 years. In college, I was a part of the competitive dance team at The University of Oregon for 2 years, and on Oregon State University's dance team for one year. At the professional level, after 2 amazing years as a Sea Gal, including representing the Seahawks at the 2008 Pro Bowl, I took a few years away from Seattle and was a member of the San Diego Charger Girls. After San Diego, I was lucky enough to have opportunities such as dancing as an "Ironette" in the film, Iron Man 2. I'm now back for my 3rd season as a Sea Gal and couldn't be happier!

Hobbies: My hobbies include spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, exploring new places and trying new things, horseback riding, going to the beach, watching movies, and working out.

Favorite Quote:  "Someday everything will all make perfect sense. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason"

Best Experience: Representing the Seahawks in the 2008 Pro Bowl. It will always be a memory I will cherish forever!

How I Stay Fit: I love to take classes at the gym such as boot camp, spinning, Barre, and Pilates. I also love running and hiking outdoors.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: There are so many amazing aspects of being a Sea Gal, but one that stands out is the game day experience. From getting ready and putting on the uniform in the locker room with my incredible friends and teammates, to dancing on the field for the best team and fans in the NFL, it is an experience unlike any other.
