Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation: Administrative Assistant

High School: Palos Verdes Peninsula High School (Palos Verdes, CA)

College: Concordia University

Major or Degree:  Liberal Arts

Years as a Sea Gal:  4

Dance Background: Growing up, I was studio trained in Tap, Jazz, and a little Ballet. In high school, I was a Songleader (cheer and dance) for 4 years.  In college, because I couldn’t decide where my loyalties lay, I was a part of the competitive dance team at The University of Oregon for 2 years and on Oregon State University's dance team for one year.  As a professional dancer, I experienced two amazing years a Sea Gal, and then moved back home to California where I was a member of the San Diego Charger Girls for one year. After my time in San Diego, I was lucky enough to have opportunities such as dancing as an "Ironette" in the film, Iron Man 2.  Realizing I didn’t want to hang the poms up just yet, I moved back to Seattle last year to finish my professional dance career where it all started. And what a dream come true it’s been. Finishing my 3rd year as a Super Bowl Champion (I don’t think that will ever get old!), I’m now starting my 4th year as a Sea Gal! I couldn’t be happier. Go Hawks!

Hobbies: Running, hiking, FlyBarre, working out, spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, exploring new places, and trying new things!

Favorite Quote: "Someday everything will all make perfect sense. So for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason"

Best Experience: Representing the Seahawks in the 2008 Pro Bowl. It will always be a memory I will cherish forever!

How I Stay Fit: If I’m not running outside or at the gym, you can find me taking FlyBarre classes, spin classes, or going for a hike.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: There are so many amazing aspects of being a Sea Gal, but one that stands out is the game day experience.  Dancing on the field for the best (and loudest) fans in the NFL is a rush unlike any other.
