Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation: Refractive Coordinator

High School: Redmond High School (Redmond, WA)

College: Washington State University

Major or Degree:  Apparel Design, Merchandising, and Textiles

Years as a Sea Gal:  Rookie

Dance Background: 3 years on the Washington State Crimson Girls dance team, 5 years on the Turning Pointe Trilogy competition team (2 years on Select), 15 years of ballet,, 13 years of tap, 13 years of jazz, 10 years of contemporary/ lyrical, 6 years of hip hop

Hobbies: Designing and sewing dance and athletic wear, reading, traveling, extreme sports (I will try anything once)

Favorite Quote:  Amor Vincit Omnia- Love Conquers All

Best Experience: Traveling to Europe last summer, I visited five countries over one month. I saw the world through a new perspective. The different cultures, architecture, art, foods, music, etc has had a large influence on my lifestyle.

How I Stay Fit: Mostly, I prefer to work out at the gym as I find it inspiring and motivational to be around others who are so motivated. I love doing anything active and outdoors (hiking, biking, paddle-boarding). Hot yoga is a new-found love of mine as well. As for my diet- I try and stay as ‘clean’ as possible, avoiding too many processed foods. Everything in moderation!

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: I love being able to be a part of the excitement and anticipation of game day. The sense of community within Hawk fans is fantastic because everybody embraces what we have in common- Go Hawks!
