Occupation: Program Coordinator
High School: Lutheran High School (Orange County, CA)
College: California State University, Long Beach
Major or Degree: Communications
Years as a Sea Gal: 2 Years
Dance Background: 13 years of dance experience as well as performance experience with the Disneyland Resort, Universal Studios Japan and Tokyo Disney.
Hobbies: Photography, traveling, riding my bicycle, eating delicious food, hiking, working out, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
Major Goal I Have Met: Living and performing in Japan was not only fun but also a major accomplishment. I experienced a new culture and walked away a more independent person.Working abroad brought new challenges everyday, but each day I learned so much and I am so grateful for that experience.
Best Experience: My best experiences are when I am traveling. New places inspire my photography, give me the opportunity to try new food and see things I haven’t seen before. Each opportunity I have to travel is a very special, once in a lifetime experience.
How I Stay Fit: I stay fit by making a point to exercise and eat healthy. Whether it’s biking, hiking, running or dancing, I do activities that are fun and hard work.
Best Advice: The best advice I have ever received it to live each day to the fullest. It’s so easy to get caught up in your normal routine and forget to have fun. I try to surround myself with positive people, try new things, laugh a lot and live life!
Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: The best part of being a Sea Gal is performing at every home game and cheering with the fans. I love pre-game when we raise the 12th Man flag and everyone gets on their feet. We truly have the best fans in the NFL and dancing on the field at every game is a dream come true.
