Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation:  Dance Instructor

High School:  Monroe High School (Monroe, WA)

College: Cornish College of the Arts

Major or Degree:  Fine Arts

Years as a Sea Gal:  4

Dance Background: Ballet, jazz, hip hop, pointe, tap, contemporary and high school cheer.

Hobbies: Some of my hobbies include hiking, crafting, baking and playing with my two adorable dogs!

Favorite Quote:  "Why fit in when you were born to stand out?" -Dr. Seuss

Best Experience: One of my best life experiences was when I was tricked into going white water rafting. I'm terrified of rivers and I'm not a very strong swimmer. I ended up having the time of my life and also went through a rapid while sitting on the front of the raft while everyone else paddled. Talk about facing my fears!!

How I Stay Fit: Crossfit has become my newest obsession! I also like running outside, going to yoga and, of course, dancing!!

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: There are so many amazing aspects to being a Sea Gal. My favorite though is game day! There is no better feeling than cheering on the best team in the NFL along side the best fans in the WORLD!!
