Favorite Quote:   “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes.  You can steer yourself any direction you choose.  You're on your own.  And you know what you know.  And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go...” - Dr. Seuss

Best Experience: Traveling to Mexico by myself, there's just something about being independent and experiencing the world without any distractions that makes you appreciate the friends and family you have, and the opportunity to learn about other people's lives. Even though they are just strangers, you can still learn a lot!

How I Stay Fit: Drink enough water every day and run outside, I love running outside surrounded by woods and nature instead of running in place on a machine.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: Being able to share my passion of dance with the city I love! I have grown up a Seahawks fan and now I get to live the life as a representative of this amazing team and city! GO HAWKS!
