Learn More About This Sea Gal

Occupation: Student/ 520 Bar and Grill

High School: Sandpoint High School (Sandpoint, ID)

College: University of Montana

Major or Degree:  Communication

Years as a Sea Gal:  Rookie

Dance Background: I have been a dancer for 20 years and counting! I began dancing when I was only three years taking ballet, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. I danced competitively in jazz and ballet and also participated in competitive cheerleading for four years in high school. At the Univeristy of Montana I had the privlege of being apart of the Spirit Squad, my first year on the cheerleading team, and my remaining years as a part of the the dance team.

Hobbies: I love spending time with my friends and family. Growing up on the lake, I love being out on the water any chance I can get boating, tubing, and relaxing. I love to cook, ride snowmobiles, read, work out and dance.

Favorite Quote:  My faviorite quote is something my mother has always preached to me. She says, “Everything happens for a reason”. It is a reminder that life isn't easy, and when it knocks you down you stand up with your head held high. You take the lesson learned and move on stronger than before.

Best Experience: There are so many great experiences through out our life time, but for me in this moment, I would say THIS is my best experience so far. I love performing and I have always wanted to take my dancing to the next level. And now I am finally living my dream as being an NFL Cheerleader.

How I Stay Fit: Eating healthy is most important to how I stay on track. I like to run and lift weights, and also attend a variety of classes offered at Golds Gym as much as I can.

Best Part of Being a Sea Gal: As a rookie, I feel that I have yet to experience the best part of being a Sea Gal, which is cheering along with the the 12th MAN at CenturyLink on game day! GO HAWKS!
